Refund and Transfer Policy

Nexora is committed to clear terms regarding refunds and transfers. Please review the conditions below for each offering type.

Services

Live coaching sessions, workshops, and seminars may be rescheduled without extra charge if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. All service fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation and staff commitments. No refunds are provided for missed sessions or late cancellations. Transfer requests to another date are subject to availability and must be submitted via our contact form.

Info Products

For digital materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. To initiate a refund, contact us with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original method within 7 business days. After 14 days or once access exceeds 20%, no refunds are available.

Goods

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method within 14 business days. No Warranty
